Yoga is a way of life. It is physical, emotional and spiritual and can have a profound effect on the way we live our lives.  Yoga offers great physical benefits, yet the benefits go much deeper. It can challenge us to be the better version of ourselves. For me, having integrity and being honest with oneself is key. Of course this can be very difficult at times so it’s important to balance this out with nurturing ourselves as well. Carving out this special yoga time, just for you, is part of that process.

As my life has been affected by yoga on so many levels I have found myself wanting to share the benefits with others. Before becoming a teacher, I was always drawn to listening to and helping people move through their obstacles. It seemed very natural for me to bring this to my teaching. In our time together, be it in a class or one on one, I hope to help you in any way that I can. I look forward to meeting each of  you as we embark on this journey together.
